How very sweet of you to purchase a puppy for your girlfriend for Valentine's Day! Unfortunately, you may be giving her a broken heart if you purchase from the broker. Please for both yours and the puppy's sake, find a responsible breeder within traveling distance so that you may visit, see the parents, and ask lots of questions. Be sure to get a guarantee and buy from a person that will be willing to help you with any puppy issues. Be sure they are akc registered and if they are a YT member, you should be able to get references that you may contact. Post an ad in the wanted section and then choose from among the reputable breeders that have puppies available. Hope to hear more from you.
