That's my case too, If I select the plan with vaccinations only, it only costs me $25.83. I think it depends on the age of the puppy and the state you live in. Instead of signing up online, do it over the phone that they will give you a better offer, just tell them your friends have the puppy, same age and they pay $20 a month. Also it will depend what kind rep. you get on the phone. Good luck!!!
