I hope they bond quickly too! They share the same father but different mothers. Kalani is about 2 1/2 weeks younger than Hoku. I'm actually getting him for 2 reasons - 1. so she has a playmate and 2. to help me when it does come time to let her go.
At Hoku's last vet visit her heart murmur sounded worse and the vet said I need to start watching her closely for the beginning signs of congestive heart failure
The breeder had promised me a replacement pup down the road but she and I talked about it last night and both agreed that maybe it would be easier for me to take another pup now. Had to talk to the BF late last night so wasn't able to get back to the breeder to make the pick-up arrangements. I'm getting excited though I'm sure 2 will be a handful
