I got the samething as you did. In my case I seleceted the other 2 options, vaccinations care and the cancer option and it came to be $29.83 including the $2 monthly processing fee. But if I exclude those 2 options the cost is $19.83 which is not bad. I will sign up mine though but I will do it yearly.
