If you have a build a bear store, some of that stuff might fit. I saw some of their clothing in Target the other day, maybe call your local store and ask if they have any of their clothes?
In the meantime, you can get her warmed back up quick if you toss a towel into the dryer for 5 minutes or so, on your way out to potty maybe, then wrap her in it when you get back in. Just make sure it's not too hot!
