I use royal canine yorkshire terrier & havent had much problem. just as we get sick of Mcdonalds & go to Burger King for awhile...I dont think a dog would like eating the same thing every day 4ever & if someone is slipping him table scraps he wont eat because he is waiting on the good stuff. Have you tried the yorkie royal canine? Hope you figure it out soon
