He is a two week old yorkiepoo. I don't condone breeding mixes and would never support a breeder who does so, but this little guy is a rescue. The lady who has him now adopted an toy poodle from an elderly lady who said that she was spayed... well surprise...she wasn't!

His name is Slade. Still working on a first/middle name. right now i'm thinking "Okeechobee Slade" or "Jaeger Slade". He was the runt of the litter at only 3 ozs. Mom is 6 lbs and dad is 4lbs.
I'm sooo excited but soo nervous about bringing him home. I've been reading up on hypoglycemia and that scares me! I wish I could be with him 24/7 but unfortunately I have college classes.
His big sister who is a brindle pit bull is looking very forward to his arrival as well! |
