Dogs have to be evaluated before they are ready for adoption. They have to make sure that the dog will be good for adoptions, have had vet checks and their spay/neuter surgery. There are thousands of dogs that are euthanized every week...those are not just stray dogs...many are owner release.

Stuff like this makes me really really sad and mad ..I just dont understand how humans due this..How would people like it if someone
turned them over and killed them because they were not wanted anylonger
this is just wrong...But im very happy that Lexis is home now save and happy..
