I'm not exactly sure about the milk situation.... I do know that sucking stimulates milk production, so If they latch on well and suck well the milk should come.....it wouldn't be a bad idea to have some milk replacer on hand just in case, if you don't already I'm sure your vet can help more if you don't get the answer here. Good luck and let me know what happens.
