I would definitely take Izzie with me. You will be going through a very important bonding period with her and I, personally, don't think it would be a good idea to leave her. When we brought our Toto home on a Wednesday, we left on Saturday and drove from AL to Texas to pick up our RV from the factory and went from there down to the coast ... through LA, FL, etc. and when we finally got back home we had put about 2500 miles on little Toto!!
