You can term it anyway you'd like, but "Puppymill" if you ask people on Yorkie talk, is a term to describe a dog breeder who does not care for their dogs, does not have a good facility to raise them in, and raises many breeds. You are going to loose with your 30 dog excuse. You just called PETA, SPCA, and the Human Society a puppy mill, they have way more than 30 dogs at any given time.
