| How old is little Sparky? Socialisation is very important.. ok.. maybe it didn't go down so well this time but next time, they will know eaqch other and it could be a different story. I say persevere!! From an early age I have always got our dogs used to other dogs - our little Gizzie ran up to a Great Dane the other day with no hesitation and as I'd looked ahead and thought the body language looked good so let her go.. they were best of friends in 2 seconds flat!!
It is a worry when your dogs meet others but when you know the dog concerned it is certainly good to socialise them .. he'll be fine as time goes on..!! Good luck, Ana xx |
