I have it, plus I have the cancer rider. I only pay like $7 per paycheck, so $14 per month - but I get a discount because I work for a health insurance company. I haven't had to use it yet, because I also have a puppy plan through my vet which covers all visits 100% including neuter. So after he's 1 year old I'll use the VPI for his checkups.
