I wasn't able to see the story, I was only able to read the outline on IE's website so I can't speculate on what the pup was covered in or anything, but I do understand what you're saying. I agree with you on the scared piece though - I'm sure every puppy that is shipped is scared out of their mind... besides just being torn from their mommy, they're put through jolting and loud noises and have no idea about what's going on.
