Dobie, if it looks like sh** and smell like sh**then it's probably sh**. I agree that any dog you ship is going to be scared when they come out of the crate though. That is a no brainer there. Heck stick me down there and lock me in a cage and I will probably be scared too. I did ship one puppy so far and I cried for hours thinking about how scared it was probably going to be. I dont think that is something I may continue to do. They say it is safe and the temp is controlled but who knows.
