Sissy was just a little over 5 months old last year when we went to Hawaii for two weeks. It was very hard to leave her, but I had good friends taking care of her. I had her picture on the fridge in our condo and I called home daily to check on her. Everyone thought I was crazy!!
We leave in two weeks for a one week vacation on Maui. My good friend will stay here with Sissy and Angel, but they will be alone much more than when I'm here. I feel much more comfortable with this arrangement than with boarding them.
