I've had Jazzie with VPI for 8 years now. I just got Jolie and Jen covered. I would never be without insurance for the kids. Unexpected illness and accidents can get very expensive and VPI is very good about processing the claims quickly.
I have the premium plan so it covers vaccinations and dental care. I pay $24.00 for Jolie & Jen, Jazzie is up to $38 but it's because she is 9-years old. They do provide multiple policy discounts.
The reps there are great to talk to and WILL return your calls.
