you might want to bring along a sweater, or blanket with your scent on them ( you can wear a sweater or blouse the day before you pick her up, or handel her blanket alot so your scent is on that, once you pick her up & love on her she has your scent! then you can place her in a carrier with the blanket or sweater and this will help her to feel secure and safe as you travel home with her.. have fun loving her! have a safe trip and please dont forget pictures
It might not be a good idea to feed her while traveling, she could get sick or just have an upset stomach from the change in environment
