I had read several posts about the Petzlife products for tartar control and figured I'd give them a try. Kathryn responded promptly to my order and told me she had sold out and was expecting a shipment soon. Within a few days, I received a package in the mail from Kathryn. Everything was wrapped beautifully in tissue paper and cute little paw print ribbons and she even gave me a credit towards the next purchase. SO unnecessary but amazing customer service!

Braxton still isn't too sure about the Petzlife products, but I have noticed just in a few days that the tartar is loosening. And he LOVES the Pixie Stix! Last night he was running through the house with one and flipping it up in the air, chasing it, flipping it again, chasing it, flipping, chasing! It was hysterical!
