It's such a shame there are people out there that seek out pets & then are so heartless to them. I can never understand why they even bother to bring them into their home in the first place.
........ I'm amazed that when she turned the dog into the humane society that anyone even found out the dog was there. Thank goodness some how it was discovered in time. These thing are so sad to hear about.
