Aww yes, well I wasn't asked a thing when I recently flew with my Vixxen! I guess it depends on the day and the people you encounter, as they are all different!
So I will tell you that my 4.5 lb went with me in her Juicy Couture carrier. To my surprise, the airport will let you walk your dog on the leash inside! There were dogs everywhere! One not even on a leash!
I had to hold her while her carrier went through the xray and I was also never asked to show proof of HER ticket! On either flight.
Anyway, the flight there I took her out to comfort her and got "busted" and asked to put her away! So I hid her in her big blanket on my lap! And on the way back home, I did the same. I just felt horrible leaving her on the floor all alone with all that noise under her! It worked fine for me and I will fly with her in the future!
Also didn't even think of having a health certificate so thankfully I was never asked for that either!
It's kinda fun flying with your baby! You'll be fine!
