I agree, our pups need some comfort from us along the way.

IMO most dogs are better travelers than many people.

I always get excited when I know we will have pets in the cabin.


Although, twice now, I have had cat owners fall asleep on the way to Tokyo, and leave the bag open enough for the cats to get loose in the cabin.
Everyone was sleeping, and there go us FAs with our flash lights trying to catch a cat!!!! Of course, the cat upgraded cabins-LOL!

A loose cat! What a nightmare. I certainly don't envy your job in that situation. I've talked to Yorkie owners whose dogs have gotten loose in the cabin. No wonder some flight attendants are militant about it.
