I think Buddy would make a great "Alaskan Yorkie" because he loves the snow and it is hard to get him inside after his walk.
He also hates clothes but I am going to look into that jumper.

I agree, I agree! Send Buddy up here, and I'll put him through rigorous training on how to wear cute clothes. Then I'll ship him back to you. In a couple years!
