Congrats on your new puppy! I wouldnt worry too much either. Like the others suggested, switch to a dry food for their teeth. Since it was too hard for him to chew, I would chop it up in a food processor with hot water to soften it a little but it still had some crunch to it.

He slept through the night the first day I brought him home. He only wimpered when he had to go to the bathroom..which was once. I was so concerned I kept waking up to check on him. He would look up as if I was disturbing his rest! He's really laid back too which I am thankful for...that is why the breeder called him sleepy. Good luck!
