Sounds like a bargain to me. I'm thinking she would be about 10 lbs, which isn't really very big. She's healthy and she would be sturdy and it sounds like she has a playful personality. You can shave the tips of her ears and if they don't stand with just that being done, you could tape them for a few days. I would see nothing wrong with her and she does need a loving home.
