Belly bands are usually custom made. When one places an order.......they must tell you their pet's measurement.
I know I have purchased from sellers who have them pre-made but they usually don't fit. They are either too large or too small. I now get them custom made to his waist size.

Another thing, make sure there is room for the pad.

Just let them know it may take a little longer as you have to make them
