Sissy was 6 1/2 months old and barely 3 lbs when she was spayed. Now that I know tiny yorkies tend to have their first heat later, I will wait with Angel till she about 8-9 months and then if any baby teeth need to come out they can do both at the same time. Please make sure you do the pre-op blood work to make sure she is healthy before the spaying is done.
