I do my best to take good care of all my animals and I think the Houston SPCA will agree with that (as you all already know). You might think it's wrong for me to make a living the way I do and your entitled to your opinion. I grew up in Ireland on a farm and my family was not well off by any means. I didn't have the priviledge of even finishing high school let alone going to college because I was needed at home to work on the farm. I know a lot about animals - all kinds of animals not just dogs. I have a lot of respect for animals and I do care about animals despite what you all think. The puppies don't leave my yard sick but like I said before we are dealing with live animals here ....

Mr. Moore,

Can I ask what the difference is between a "Puppy Farm" as you put it, and a puppy mill?

I also do agree about the comment with the grass. That is something that should be looked into. I was told my dog should only be on the grass/outside to go potty and not go on grass where other dogs had been until he was fully vaccinated. Perhaps the puppies are contracting something there, and the symptoms are not showing until they are with their new family as the parasite/bacteria/whatever is still in its incubation period?
