I don't think anyone here thinks you are =doing= anything bad to your puppies. You have a lot of dogs, and in another post, you admitted you are having problems controlling them. You said that two are fighting and that it is getting to the point where you want to rehome one of them. If you have dogs that you cannot control to the point where you want to give one up, it makes no sense that you would be getting another one. Dogs are not cars; you don't just trade them in to get a =better= one. That is one of the major reasons animals end up in shelters and then have to be put down.
No one is being rude to you. Sugar's Mom, like the other breeders who post here, don't want their babies going into any situation where you are seeking to rehome any of your _nine_ (now 10?) dogs. Responsible breeders want the best home for their babies--a home where they will be given plenty of love and attention.
Your situation does not sound ideal. Even if the dogs were not fighting, it is not possible for one person to give that much attention to all the dogs when there is that many.
However, there are $ome breeder$ out there who don't $creen potential buyer$ very well.
