Sorry to disgree, but sarcoptic mange is and can be transmitted to a human through close contact, believe me I know as I caught a mild infection from the dogs. It was absolutely miserable and made me understand what the dogs were going through. Sarcoptic mange is caused by a mite under the skin and like I said, humans can get it. Both the vet and the dermatologist told me this. |
