You know - I just started seeing it for the first time too, a few weeks ago. BUT, it is in their new book, "Luby's Recipes and Memories." It is described as a collection of our favorite dishes and heartwarming stories. The pie has to have been around for some time to be included in the book - it's a 60-year celebration for Luby's 1947-2007 - not that the pie has been around for 60 years, but you know what I mean.......
Anyway, it tastes GREAT!!!
