Here is one that is fast and easy.......and it tastes good too!!!
 
BBQ Chicken Burritos 
6 Chicken Breasts with or without bone (or a whole cut up chicken depends on what type of meat that you like)...the boneless chicken breast or strips are the easiest to work with.
Bull's-Eye BBQ Sauce (I use the honey or original flavor)
A bag of shredded mild cheddar cheese
10 pack of flat burritos 
Sour cream 
Boil the chicken in water for about 30 minutes or until done.  Flake the meat into a pot and add BBQ sauce (add enough to make the mixture moist).  Heat for about 10 minutes or until the mixture is hot.  Spoon the mixture (about two to three tablespoons each and you can adjust as you go) into the middle of the burritos and then sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.  Roll these up and place in a pan seam side down.  Put these into the over for about 5-8 minutes at 325 degrees in order to melt the cheese. 
Serve with sour cream........my kids hate the sour cream so they eat theirs plain.........
