Spinach Artichoke Dip 1 block cream cheese
1 cup mayo
1 container sour cream
1 pkg of golden onion soup
2 small (or 1 big) can (drained) artichokes
garlic, salt, pepper to taste
1/2 (or if you want more you can add more) frozen spinach thawed...squeeze as much of the water out as you can
1 pkg of montery jack or swiss cheese (I like to mix the cheeses)
bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned,...
Serve with assorted crackers.
