My Benni and Garett had beautiful shiny white puppy teeth. Shortly after the older one lost his puppy teeth and his adult teeth came in, I noticed that his teeth, especially his incisors were brown and ugly looking. Had him checked by a vet dentist. It seems that apparently before I got him he was sick and someone gave him an antibiotic that discolored the new enamel in his adult teeth which were not fully formed. They are healthy, jus look awful. The vet said that I could have them capped for about $4-500 each! LOL Gar by the way has perfect adult teeth, he only had to have three baby teeth pulled and his adult teeth could win a contest for the brightest white.
