From what I understand Sarcoptic Mange & Scabies are two different things. I hope she feels better. Did you inform the breeder about the symptoms and ask for some money back? I would definitely do that as well. My yorkie was on 3 diff types of antibiotics for the first month I had him in February because he had a form of Mange. He's as good as new now.
