Anyway, for the past hour I have been trying to get my son ready for bed and do some house work so I put Chewy in his cage. He started to bark and I just blew it off and shook the can at him. About 15 minutes ago I let him out and he was soaking wet. The poor guy had to pee and was barking for me to let him out and I ignored him and as a result my little sweetie was laying in his pee for half an hour!!!!!! He just got a bath and is nice and fresh but I feel so bad. I have to take more time to listen to my pup.
Bentley has started barking when he has to go outside... at first we tried to teach him to scratch at the door..but that never really worked and one day he started randomly barking... and we took him outside and he went! i'm now a strong believer that when he barks he's telling me something!
