Dana: I'm so sorry for your loss of Andy and the way he died.
I would have wanted to smack the s_it out of the owner for being so stupid and not having his big dog on a leash and the end result of that being the loss of your dear Andy.
I can't image how you felt watching that happen. I'm glad you called the police. Take Care....
