Try a ziplock bag of dry rice warmed up in the microwave and wrapped with a towel so as not to burn the babies. I haven't tried this one yet but my dil tried it for cramps and says it works. I will be trying it. Sylvia |
I would certainly want one with a control.
I have the snugglesafe heating disc now but wondered if the pad was better.
