Aubrey - order the Shea Pet shampoo, conditioner and spray from sassypup. What a huge difference in just combing out simple mats. Shipping was really quick also - I got it in two days. Use the spray daily and start combing her gently every day. She will put up a fuss till she gets used to it. Try to distract her with a chew toy or something else to gnaw on.
