I have seen dogs do that, I guess with a cold or sinus problem. It is scary. I would try to keep her warm & see how she is in the morning. Do you have your vets emergency # incase worst case..Hope she goes to sleep & feels better tomorrow. I would just make sure you crank the heat up & put her in a small room w/the door shut to dry off when its so cold so she doesnt get a chill. And definately finish up w/a hair dryer to make sure she is completely dry & warm before taking her outside to go somewhere. They can feel dry but still be a little damp or cold from the bath. Keep us posted.
