It comes down to getting to know people...takes time.
30 years ago I went up to Johnny Robinson (Trivar) at a show.. he was the YTCA president at the time among other things...I told him I wanted to buy a show quality male and female...he was polite, Morris was not, told he to get out of his way...but I got to know Johnny and with time he sold me stud service and several nice dogs..
I thought buying a dog was no different then going into a car dealership and picking out a new car.."roll em out guys and show me what you got"..LOL |
