Hello everyone! Kelsey and I have been MIA for a few months and I haven't been on in a while, sorry! I hope all of you had a wonderful holiday season and are doing well.
I was noticing more fleas on Kelsey than normal. I feel so bad for her. I gave her a bath, dried her really well, groomed her (got all dead fleas off), and then put some Frontline Plus on her. Now...i've noticed an improvement, but still see fleas. I called my vet and they recomended that I use Capstar. They're pills you give your dog/cat and they kill all fleas within about 5 hours. Have any of you tried this product? I dont want to use it if it's not a good product. I'm scared to feed her anything that is new, or that might harm her. So any insight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I also heard that buying borax powder in the laundry isle and sprinkling it on my carpets, furniture and vaccuming it up, will help kill the fleas/eggs. Have any of you tried this too?
