Personally there was no health warranty, the yorkie was a rescue, health probelms can occur quickly with these little dogs. (and how many of us humans have known we needed a tooth cleaning from the dentist, but everything was fine and then wake up one morning with a TERRIBLE tooth ache to go and find out our tooth has abcessed? It happen quick!)
I think the new owner was not prepared financially for a pup. She is also being unreasonable. The puppy needs a better home.
