Isevilla, because this isn't the first time that your dog has bit you, I strongly recommend that you consult a trainer. I think this is more than can be solved over the internet.

As far as the other behaviors you describe in this post, most all of them are normal - annoying, but normal - dog behaviors. I personally have never met a dog who didn't "hoover" the floor for crumbs. Look at the bright side of that one - it means less sweeping for you!

As far as getting up on tables and high chairs to get to food, there is a simple cure for that although I doubt you'll like it. Keep the table and high chair cleared off when no-one is sitting there. If you pup isn't reinforced by finding food and crumbs, she'll soon stop jumping up there. I've had this issue with Joey - he can actually jump up on my kitchen counters! But, if I am very conscientious for a while about making sure I don't leave any unattended food out, he will stop.

It sounds like you have your hands very full right now.
