Even if your Yorkie is inside 24/7 they can still get fleas. My vet told me that people bring them in. If they are in the grass and sense that you have a dog (most dog owners' clothes smell like a dog) they jump on you and when you go in the house, they jump on your dog. And you probably have more than one flea. I hate fleas too! They gross me out! I would give your Yorkie a flea bath and immediately put Advantage or some kind of flea protection on him. Good luck! |
