Hi everyone!!!
I have been following this post from the beginning. I live in Maryland but I am very interested in this story. My hope is that with the national attention that is being given to this story that more people will be aware of this problem. That in turn will hopefully result in state laws being changed and that in turn will result in national laws being changed also in order to protect our animals. Big dreams I know but this is at least a start and hopefully more people will get involved and this will snowball in something very positive for the animals............
