Any age dog can get coccidiosis. Could something have scared your dogs while you were gone. Someone try to break in or bang on the door or actually came in your house. Stress causes a over growth of this bacteria, if something scares them really bad. Like on a walk a trash truck scares them etc. Some will get direah right on the spot when scared & have to be put on albon.

Its a maintenance med. like nemex for worms, vaccinations-they can all be bought at the local pet/feed store & administered by you.
