I don't know if I'd say 'bad' puppymill but considering the amount of breeds they sell - they sure have enough for that label. But - there are worse in this country.... This is more about the right for puppies to be HEALTHY WHEN SOLD - the right of a buyer to expect a healthy puppy ...and the business practices of a big kennel.
As far as your other question I can only speak for me - I've been there yes.
