This software was opened and installed but but as I attempted to use it, I realized that my business needs require the professional version. The software comes in the original packaging with all necessary paperwork. Retails for $89.92

I purchased this software in 11/06 but barely used it. It is practically brand new however, since I installed it on my computer and registered it, I will need to contact Quick Books if you decide to purchase it to transfer the registration to your name. I spoke to a representative from QuickBooks today and he told me that it's simpe to transfer--I would just have to tell them the new business name, address, phone number and contact person.

This package is just sitting around so if you feel that you could use this for your small business, make me an offer--the price is negotiable.
