Find what person?????? Why are we talking about finding anyone? If you are referring to the owner of the dog you know who it is since his friends came forward. With my "super skills" you sure are funny aren't you???????? HA HA HA. It is inhumane to kill a dog! There are other ways to go about things .... it may not have been that big of a deal if you didn't display your act by hanging it on the fence.
